Planning Ahead of Time

Now that we’re finalizing our plans for the source of our renovation expenses I’m hoping that it will be sooner than we expected. I’m really excited to the point that I personally drafted the floor plan of our duplex-type home and consulted my sister about it. We’re both fond of designing houses and planning the interiors especially now that it’s for our own house. I just can’t wait for our intended renovation on summer vacation because my kids keep asking me about it. 

Well now I’m starting to canvass prices for construction materials, kitchen accessories, bathroom furniture and fixtures like clawfoot tubs by bathsofdistinction, shower packages, sink faucets and a lot more. I have limited budget only so I really need to plan and estimate everything before we start it. It’s always good to plan ahead of time.

Stylish Bathroom Faucets

As I have plenty of time now to attend to my kids and some household things I’ll have some renovation of our bathroom at the end of this month. I’ve been saving some funds for this and I think my savings is enough for my intended bathroom renovation.

As of this week I started canvassing prices for tiles, bowls, bathroom faucet and some other things for bathroom. I want some style this time so I browsed online to see beautiful products and stylish designs. It makes me want for more budget as I know those designs that I’ve seen will cost me more. Anyway I’ll check again my financial allocation for my renovation project.

Bathroom Renovation

I’m having some renovations on our bathroom, we have separate toilet and bathroom unlike those houses that combine both. My father designed our house for a large family which is why he created the first floor of our house with separate room for toilet and bathroom. He didn’t know then that they will have three kids only.

Now I’m having these two rooms renovated to have dual function. Of course I want to spend less because money is hard these times so I’m looking for discount bath fixtures that will make my bathroom beautiful and comfortable as well. You know it’s very important to have nice bathrooms because we spend lots of time in this room and if we have guests we’ll be assured that they will feel at ease and relaxed in using it.

New Bathroom Faucet

I’m having our bathroom renovated in a week’s time and I’m having some canvassing on the materials that we will be using for our new bathroom. I consulted my engineer brother about the kind, style and brand of the faucet that I’ll be using because he knew what’s the best to be used based from his experience in constructing houses. I was glad that I can ask everything regarding house renovation and construction to my brother. It was a great advantage to have a civil engineer in the family, he really is a great help.
