If air does not pass through, raise freezer temperature to 0-10 degrees Fahrenheit, thaw the hose, and check it again to determine that the problem is fixed. Keeping the freezer at that temperature setting should prevent future freezing. 

Dispenser Switch Malfunction – Using an Ohmmeter, test the switch for continuity and replace if there is no continuity according to test results.
