Saving for our Franchise

DH and I are thinking of carrying on our plan to have a franchise of some products we’ve chosen for our store. We’re setting things up but we chose not to put up a store this time. We’ll concentrate on deliveries to school and offices so we don’t need to construct a small store building. It wouldn’t take too much of my time plus it’s easier to manage. If the time comes that I’ll be available to manage it while I’m blogging maybe we’ll put up a store. Anyway we’re still planning it and hope to finalize things before the school begins again in June. I’m excited with our plans and ideas and I’m saving up some of my earnings to help DH in financing our franchise.

Friday Fill-Ins # 139

friday-fill-in

And here we go…

1. He was a humorous friend!

2. December camp meeting fellowship is what I look forward to most this time of year.

3. My best friend lives next town, I'll see her tomorrow!

4. I can be a deadline beater to be honest with you, it came from my experience of doing technical bid with nerve shattering deadlines to beat.

5. Appearances can be very deceiving.

6. The last person I gave a hug to was Josh, when we both went to his school to attend their Linggo ng Wika program.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to resting my sick body (I just did this FF and will rest now), tomorrow my plans include doing all my online due tasks and meeting bes JennyL and Sunday, I want to wake up 5am as I have to prepare our things early as hubby is the MC of our Sunday service!

Planning Ahead

Another year has passed and almost all people are busy with their plans for this new year, some are serious on their resolutions but others just want to welcome this year with a carefree disposition in life. As for me I prayed for spiritual blessings in life because those were the most important things that you cannot buy – peace, love, happiness, health and faith. I thanked God for the wonderful things He has blessed me and my family for the year that has passed and I know He’ll always be there for us come what may this year.

I’ve resigned from my job months ago and was only waiting for my replacement and the approval of my employer. I’m on my 15th year employment with the same owner, ten years on his consulting company and 5 years on my present telecommunications company. I was flattered that my boss wanted me to stay but due to my family’s immediate needs I need to resign from my job and look for small business opportunity at home where I can work and be with my family at the same time. Of course writing advertisement in my blog will help me also. I pray to God that in His given time all my plans will materialize.
