Keeping Yourself Fit & Healthy

Today’s generation try to live a healthier lifestyle because occurrence of life threatening diseases keep coming to a dangerous level that defies no age. In this aspect people are in search of better ways of living, healthy meals to eat and alternative ways on how to keep our body healthy and fit. A year ago when I was just working at home and have plenty of time I indulged in cardio and aerobic exercises and even tried some Zumba and Taebo. I had a great time with working out for a minimum of 1 hour daily for 5 days a week routine. It has done plenty of benefits for my body inside and out. Now I am missing it as I’ve committed myself to a regular office job which robbed me of my exercise time. 

Workout and exercises are recommended for people who want to have a healthy and fit physique because it eliminates excess fat and trim down your body in a good proportion. For those men who wants to add muscles to their body they can enroll in a specific program that will specifically promotes muscle growth. Most men react positively with workout regimen which after some months of regular routine achieves their muscles and gains a different stronger feeling. But for others who wants to be assured that they get their muscles growth fast they can try some bodybuildingfactory products that help improve muscle gains and extra strength. 

We just have to be extra careful in taking body building supplements because others has a lot of promises but produce no results. We should read reviews and mark sites that offer noticeable results which add muscle mass and lose stubborn fat deposits in our body. It’s not all about muscles but that of your overall weight and strength gains which is very important in this season of sickness. By keeping yourself fit and strong you’ll have better resistance to prevailing sicknesses.

Convincing Me to Try Yoga

Glad that my healthy meals are doing great for my body so tomorrow I’ll start my workout exercises again. I suddenly felt excited about it since I stopped doing it three months ago. Yes the hectic schedule and too much work deprived me of time to work out and it added to my weight. Before I stopped I can exercise for an hour 4-5 times a week which is very healthy for me because it does not only shed some pounds but make me fit and strong as well. I was doing aerobics, cardio workout and a little Zumba then but for tomorrow I think I will start again from basic exercises only for about 30 minutes for a start. 

One of my friends told me that yoga worked wonders on her but I didn’t try it yet. She even bought yogitoes towel so she can do her yoga practice without hassles of slipping and imbalance. She’s that serious about yoga and she wants me to try it too. Anyway for now I’m focused on work out exercises that will make me fit and healthy. I will also need to maintain my diet eating mostly vegetables, tofu, fish and fruits together with complete hours of sleep. I’m guilty of the latter because I always sleep around midnight. Well I’m working on it now.

Getting Healthier as You Grow Older

I feel great about my health now that it’s almost a month since I started taking care of my diet again. I feel so different with my set of meals intended to lower my cholesterol and in time lose some excess pounds. It’s not only meant to make me slimmer but to make me healthy and fit as well. With the help of my exercise and workout regimen I think I would not be able to use weight loss pills for now.

I know that it would take me several months to achieve my goal but I’m happy that I have started it and made it my habit already. I’m not getting any younger but I can get myself healthier by thinking of ways on how to practice eating the right food, getting enough exercise and completing needed rest and sleep. I know that if I will do all these things I will not age faster and I will enjoy my kids more.

Wrestling Fan

My friend loves to watch wrestling on TV and through his regular viewing of the show he’s intrigued and wondered at how those wrestlers can build heavy muscles easily. He’s actually guessing that they might be using bpi sports a50 or other of its kind because the body built of those players really amazed him. Now he’s starting to dream to have muscles also and enrolled himself in a gym workout hoping that in few months he’ll be somewhat like one of them. Although I find it impossible to believe I just let him do the workout because I know that it will make him fit, strong and even without building many muscles he’ll definitely change for the better.

Muscles Build Up

Some people would really do anything just to have those muscles I usually see on online exercise sites. I’m not familiar with exercise or workout dedicated to build muscles because I only do those cardio workout and dance aerobics that burns fat easily. I prefer exercises that will push me to jump, bend and flex my muscles. I actually can do it for an hour when I was on a daily workout schedule. It’s easy if you’re regularly doing it but when you stopped it you’ll start all over again. 

About the muscle build up again I heard this scam on some kinds of creatine powder they use to build muscles fast but I never really knew if the rumors are true. Well there are other kinds so they can always switch to try others as long as it’s effective, has no side effects and can give the much needed muscles.

My Workout Regimen

I’m glad that I was able to return to my workout regimen yesterday after a two-week lapse. I was worried that I’ll go back to the first module but when I started it I was able to finish 5 sets and consumed 40 minutes. That’s way too good for someone who didn’t exercise for 2 weeks. I was on a one hour workout before I took a break and sometimes I go beyond the one-hour time I’ve put as my minimum workout time. 

Anyway I’m happy enough and promised not to take a long break again because I know my health and physique will suffer from it. My cousin is taking some supplements while working out and he asked me this week if I’m taking the best pre workout supplements now that I’m also having a regular workout. I told him that I don’t need to take it because I don’t have plans of building my muscles. I only want a healthy and fit body. I don’t know with others but muscles are not for me. DH will not approve also.

Back to Daily Routine

My two-week lapse from diet and exercise gave me a heavy body again and I just returned to my healthy habit this week. I was afraid that I’m going to need Lipofuze if I will not return to my daily workout and no-rice dinner. I admit I’ve been taking rice for two weeks but I managed to take a half full cup only so my conscience is only half guilty lol! 

Anyway vacation really makes us break rules and now that school classes are regular again I’m back with my daily routine which is a 1-hour workout exercise concentrated on cardio and aerobics. I’m going to add more focus on the limbs next week and will gradually add more on some parts of my body. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to have discipline and time so I can keep up with my plan. Wishing too!

I just happened to chat with my former office mate about his present job and his present health regimen this time. When we’re still in the same department we always talked or joked about the things that can rid excess pounds. Because our job then demands overnight for consecutive days we were on the excess weight side. You know if you lack in sleep you’ll make it up with foods so you’ll get fat. I’m not saying that this hold true for others. Well my office mate is asking me about this testosterone cream that he wants to apply for an added muscle.
