Sharing Responsibilities

Running a household is not a simple task and now that I’m a work-at-home Mom I’m officially full time with my whole household. When I was working in office I was so busy that some chores that I failed to finish will be continued by my dear hubby because his office schedule was an hour later than mine. He was so supportive that he never let me handle all household tasks just because I’m the woman in the house.

Ever since we got married several years ago he shared responsibilities with household tasks, those tasks that he thinks will be harder to women or the ones that will affect my health. Now he didn’t stopped from doing what he used to do but I limit those to minimum work as I have more time now to concentrate managing our house. There are just some tasks that women can’t do or hesitant to do like fixing faucets which doesn’t seem to last for a year or fixing the car. And to that I put full responsibility to my husband.

Back To Work Next Week

I'm so glad that my Mom is getting stronger and her eye is fast recovering from her eye surgery. I just felt a little sad that my vacation leave is nearing its end, actually I have to go back to my office work on Monday. Having a one-month vacation staying with my kids and Mom gave me a relief from the pressures of work and though household activities is really more than I can handle it's not that stressful, know what I mean?

That's the advantage of Stay-at-home Moms the pressure on home is not that heavy as in the pressure of working in an 8-5 office and having more than one boss, not to mention the skills, capabilities and clever mind set that you have to give everyday of your working week. Wish I could start my part-time work that my boss offered to me and wish also that they will find someone to replace me, someone that will not quit as fast as the one we hired last month.

Home Shopping

School vacation is a season where I have time to do a lot of housekeeping and inventory of what house items I should discard, give or buy because I don’t have to think of my kids’ schooling. I’ve more time to sort things out and think of ways to improve our home and garden. I’ve been planning my time carefully to do all the things I want like recycling old quality wood furniture that my father personally made for us. It’s like giving this furniture a good brush up.
Besides recycling I should need some new stuff for a total refurnished look and since I don’t want to waste my time going to series of stores to look for what I need I browsed for window shopping online. I came upon Mpire where I found everything I need in good shopping sites like Shop eBays, Dell, Amazon, Best Buy, and a lot more actually thousands of them. If you’re looking for the best deals and coupons this is the site for you. Definitely the best auction and retail sites where you can research on their popular products, read some reviews and compare prices between retail and ebay all at the same time in the comfort of your home, no hassles and no physical weariness. They also provide pricing trend data showing the new price and the auction price.
I never know that I could find some hot deals even if I don’t go to bargain stores. It has all the widest selection of product categories like clothing, accessories, appliances, home and garden, health and beauty, kids and family, appliances, electronics, computers, jewelry, new and used cars and many others. Everything you want for your family and your home in just one click of your hand. Home shopping is really convenient and fun it makes canvassing and buying easier than before.

Help From My Kids

I was full on my household chores every Saturday as this was is my dayoff from work having a Monda to Friday work with 2 weekends off. I do all my chores and duties in my household on Saturdays as we dedicate Sunday as our fellowship and worship day. I was glad when my daughters offered to assist me and since it's their summer vacation now I let them help me with my tasks to train them also. Ruth assisted me in my laundry and Gen helped me with the dishes. I bought them their favorite goodies after that to compensate for the help done. I thank God I have nice and caring daughters.
