Finding Long-Lost Friends

I was glad that I was finding my old friends in school in a fast growing site. Upon finding one former classmate I would find another and became busy looking for my whole group in college. It was worth the time as I found my long lost friends there. The feeling is mutual as my friends said to me because they were also looking for me. Had they known that I’m an active blogger they would have found me even in search engine sites only? Well I have noticed that many of us would be needing diet pills in the future because we’re on the same weight rankings lol! Oh well that’s to be blame on metabolism as it slows burning of excess fats.

At least many of us have the same young look as we just bloomed and got bigger but maintained the young-at heart attitude! We’re not going to be old if we stay like we used to be. Happy people stay younger than those who chose to be so serious. Just my thoughts.

Controlling Your Food Cravings

I’ve seen some friends who claimed to have undergone some diet plan and other ways to burn excess pounds. They look the same to me as if nothing has changed and I wonder if they’re following their diet plan or it’s not specifically right for them. Although I know that some of them really have good appetite they told me that they just burned what they eat through exercise. Exercise is not enough for people who are heavy eaters. They need to have appetite suppressants to control their food cravings. This together with exercise regimen can help them achieve their desired weight.

Summer Coolers

It’s summer once again and everyone is planning about some vacation here and abroad. What’s good about this season are the foods that are available everywhere you go, you can see various stalls and mini stores that offers coolers like ice cream, fruit shakes, banana con ice, mais con ice and the most famous of all the halo-halo. These coolers are the most sought-after thirst quenchers this time of the year but did you know that it also carries a lot of calories?

I felt that during my two weeks stay in the house eating snack like these slowly adds up some pounds in my belly. I should be thinking about some hard exercise to get rid of my excess pounds or I might be overweight by the end of this summer. Some of my friends who can’t resist eating these foods turn to diet pills that help them eliminate unwanted pounds. I still have to consult my doctor if it’s safe for me to take these pills, for now I should be disciplining myself on proper diet and exercise.

Debate With Myself

I’m still debating with myself when I will start my diet because I do have busy schedule. You see if I start with my diet plan I will cook different meals for me or buy different food to bring to my work it’s as if I will be exerting extra effort but extra time and money as well. I’m trying so hard to get back to my after six schedule but tiredness from work don’t leave me much choice but to eat dinner. I’m still contemplating If I should try those weight loss pills I’ve seen on the net because I’m more comfortable with food diet plan. I’ll just consult my doctor to see if it’s safe or me.

Meeting An Old Friend

I was talking to a former officemate friend whom I saw recently in the mall while I was looking for a nice pair of shoes for hubby. We were both surprised at our own looks now; we’ve last seen each other when we were still singles, the time when we’re both thin. Now we’ve both gained pounds, she gained 30 and I gained 35 lbs. weighing only 96 lbs. when I started employment in a consultancy firm. Anyway we’re both laughing as we recalled our good times together and reminisced on some unforgettable and happy moments. She has only one child and smiled at me when I told her I have three that at least compensate me for gaining pounds lol!

As we were talking about our families, work and many things about us we were sharing our plans on how we can possibly go back to our desired weight. We were discussing about my diet plan and hers when she asked me if I want to use the best diet pill that she saw on the net. She wants to try it but having some second thoughts on it. I’ve told her to ask her doctor about it so she’ll know the effects of that diet pill. As we both have a busy schedule we promised to call each other and plan another meeting on our convenient times.

Diet Preferences

After all the sumptuous dinner at holiday parties and plenty of get together reunion I gained pounds very fast. It was hard going back to my after six diet which I did last November and early December. I’m trying again now on an every other day schedule and I think that’s good for a start. Maybe next month I can do it everyday or six days a week with Sunday as a holiday for me lol!

It’s one of the best recommended diet for me because at nighttime work and household chores are minimal so I don’t need too much food. I suggested this to my cousin whose a lot bigger than me but she told she’ll be trying diet pills for a quick and easy losing up of unwanted pounds. I think she’s right and for me people really have different preferences.

There are lots of amazing stories and things that we learned each day through reading and watching. Nowadays people are more hooked on learning through internet, video and audio. Grownups and children I this generation are more visual, they like to see things in order to learn them easily. I was led to believe that success comes from learning and mastering the fundamental things about everything you want to succeed, thus the use of visual elements to help.

This is true to all walks of life in sports, education, daily living and even in health and fitness. After 6!


I’m gaining weight each month and because holidays are coming I should start some discipline on myself now so the holidays’ eat out will not turn me into an overweight lady. My officemate told me to review my eating habit these past few months to check what caused me this weight gains. I was pretty sure that this started when hubby was given a branch assignment which required him to stay until 9-10pm and because it was very far from our house he usually arrived past 10pm.

Most often than not I wait for him so we can have dinner together but this late dinner later gained me some pounds. Actually I wasn’t so conscious about it but when my clothes start to feel tighter or smaller I started to think of ways how to be slimmer for health reasons. I thought of taking some diet pills like alli but I was advised to try eating dinner or heavy snack before 6pm. After 6 in the evening I was instructed not to eat anything or if I couldn’t help it I will eat only raw foods like fruits or some steamed veggies. Of course there’s no limit on water as this will greatly help us avoid feeling hungry.

Exercise and Diet Plan

I’ve been trying to look slimmer on my office clothes but no matter I hide my big tummy it keeps on showing. Maybe I should really be on my toes and start to slim down a bit. I should start to exercise in the morning and cut down half of my sweet desserts mostly chocolate which I love most. Actually I think I have to resort to green tea this time because it will also help my mild constipation. Some diet pill can help but I’ll do it after I’ve established discipline on my exercise and intake of less fatty foods.

Recovery Period

After recovering from a week of losing energy and appetite I started taking multivitamins to regain my strength and boosts my energy. I always see to it that I eat at least 2 kinds of healthy fruits everyday, what I refer to as being healthy are those fruits which gives vitamins the most like vitamin C which I need right now. For now I’ll forget my diet and concentrate on full recovery. I might consider getting best diet pills after I’m normal enough to stop energy-boosting multivitamins. I know I should be giving myself a dietary plan but for this week onwards I’ll just rest. I’ll take it when I’m able.

Good Side Effects

Starting a diet is hard and maintaining it is harder that’s why I regret stopping what I have started two months ago. I was starting a fish and vegetable diet with minimal rice but when I got sick for few days I stopped choosing foods and little by little I’m off my diet plan. Now it’s even harder to start again. I was thinking of diet pills to help me but I still have to consult my doctor. I heard that orovo side effects are good and tested to cure wrinkles and acne, at the same time great to use if you want to lose some pounds. But still I have to think about it.

Diet Plan Day 2

It simply escaped my mind not to bring food as there’s birthday today in the office. Anyway since it’s not the usual rice and viand I could still eat my food later in the afternoon. So my diet plan for today changed but anyway I’ve fixed it up immediately in my mind and since it’s Lirio’s birthday maybe I could be spared just for today lol!

Breakfast – No coffee again, Chicken breast only

Lunch – Lechon Manok and half rice, pancit (I’ve picked vegetables to lessen the guilt)

Afternoon snack – Corn on the cob

Dinner – Apple
