Exercise and Diet Plan
I’ve been trying to look slimmer on my office clothes but no matter I hide my big tummy it keeps on showing. Maybe I should really be on my toes and start to slim down a bit. I should start to exercise in the morning and cut down half of my sweet desserts mostly chocolate which I love most. Actually I think I have to resort to green tea this time because it will also help my mild constipation. Some diet pill can help but I’ll do it after I’ve established discipline on my exercise and intake of less fatty foods.
