Oftentimes we are hit with bad finances due to over spending or sometimes we suddenly lost our jobs leading us to borrow money we cannot pay on time. Well this should not be your case if you handle your money wisely or if you work hard enough to save some of your earnings for rainy days. We all have our own style of budgeting and handling money but if you consider some advice you could help yourself out of bad credit.

Maintaining a good credit record takes a lot of effort of planning where your money will go after you have received your salary. Of course basic necessities will come first then paying your bills and obligations. Being updated in your payments gets you a good financial record which qualifies you to better money opportunities.

Well it’s nice to hear that even if some have a bad financial record they still have a chance on some companies that gives loan and rental availment regardless of your credit standing like www.rentadub.co.uk, an affiliates of Dial a TV, a pay weekly catalogue that provides an inexpensive way to have your desired appliances and equipment. They offer wide range of high quality products and assorted brands of TV’s, washing machines, ovens, dishwashers, laptops, gadgets and more at very convenient way of renting it on weekly or monthly payments.

It’s so affordable and you can have repair cost inclusive of your monthly fees so you don’t have to worry about if your appliance or equipment suddenly failed. Application is simple and easy, you can qualify as long as you’re above 18, and they offer free delivery, setup and installation. Even if you’ve been refused by other credit companies you can still qualify so you can enjoy having all those appliances you want without worrying about your bad credit and without hurting your budget.

Waiting for Big Discounts

Sales are coming up on weekends nowadays and it’s a sign that holidays are really coming so fast. I’m waiting for our 13th month pay next month so I can also start buying things and clothes for my kids and the whole family. We also have to prepare for our vacation fellowship in Baguio on December where we’ll spend four days and three nights. Before the much-awaited getaway we should be waiting for great discount deals online where we can buy our favorite appliances like samsung tvs lcd at discounted and affordable prices. I’d rather wait for discounted rates than buying it a regular price. We have many expenses waiting for us and I can’t afford to buy it without discount rates.

Preferences and Likings

Working on different companies for nearly two decades I’ve come to know people from all walks of life. I’ve learned that people have their own goals in life, preferences and likings. When I was still in the office we were talking about the things that we’d like to buy given extra money, the conversation was just to consume the lunch break time and it’s not that serious. I told them I want a kitchen showcase and techie gadgets including camera and laptop.

One staff dreamed about all kinds of spa and beauty products, the other one an entertainment showcase and a lot more for the others. Our liaison officer told us that he will not wait for the extra money as he’ll be buying in the next coming weeks a big lcd monitor for his PC. He always spends his money on desired gadgets and appliances. His happiness relies on seeing his collection of those things. Anyway he’s a single guy and he can really collect what he wants as long as he can afford it.

Family Music Room Plans

It’s only more than two weeks away and school classes will begin soon. I thought that I can work more during summer vacation but it turned out to be a super busy summer vacation. I actually work just a few hours a day only when my offline tasks and responsibilities were through and finished. I even forgot to watch television sometimes but I’m also hoping to have a home theater to be able to relax more while entertaining myself to excellent picture quality and sounds. We’ll be renovating our room and will turn it into a family music room so that’s where I’m going to put it.

Weather is Still Hot!

It rained yesterday and I thought that the following days would have cooler temperature. Today I went to school for my DD enrollment and found out that the air conditioning unit in the guidance room malfunctioned and we only have ceiling fan rotating around to give us some air. It was a very hot and humid afternoon and before we finished with all the steps in enrollment we were both feeling hot and hungry. It’s our anniversary day and I’ll have to refresh myself for our dinner later.

Some Household Needs

It’s always nice to have more free time in the house, this way you’ll have time to arrange or rearrange house to your heart’s desire. I really enjoyed my new status now as a work-at-home mom because I’m the manager of my own house and I can fit in various house jobs in shorter time. Since my daughters are old enough they help me every now and then with small minor tasks in the house. Now as I’m trying to rearrange appliances I noted the ones that need repairs like the old wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinet and many others. After the rearrangement I realized that I’ll shall need tv stands also to organize things up. Of course I’ve searched online for this and quite satisfied with my finds.

Super Sale!

Viewing Mercury avenue across our building through the glass walls of our building I’ve seen many people carrying kitchen appliances coming from the factory of 3D company. Our maintenance staff told us that there’s a sale of 3D home appliances going on for 2 days now. Me and Florence waited for our break time and crossed the streets as fast as we can to reach the place in a short period as we’re only using our break time. We reached the factory at 3:01 just in time for the closing hours but we managed to get in, thanks for the guards assigned there.

What we saw was a wide open area with appliances sprawling all over the place. Here’s the items that I saw: electric mixer with blender for P585, turbo fan for P550, stand fan for P900 if with remote P1,100, washing machine P4,400, washer, spin-dry, hundreds of glass top casserole sold at P10-60, rice cookers, extension cord at P25, coffee maker, turbo and would you believe a big 3D microwave oven at P1,000. We just made a note of these prices and we’ll be back tomorrow for their extension sale. They might add other items and I’ll be waiting for rechargeable lamps for our church. The staff told us that these are class ‘B’ that’s why they’re selling it but if you purchased an appliance they will test it and you can return it if you want for a limited time only. Btw I bought 2 extension cords lol!

Some Savings!

Had a very tiring day today but happy that I've saved a lot of money. I've contacted a neighbourhood electronic repair man to round up our appliances that stopped running few months ago. As this summer is giving us very hot temperature the kids wanted the fans just for themselves, we're not using the aircon in my mom's room because of some electrical voltage deficiency and honestly the country's major provider of electricity has increased its rate tremendously that you'll think twice before using them during the days. I've made some savings because my four electric fans were repaired and they looked like new. Not only that I've also made the man repair my clothes drier, so my laundry will again be easy with new things around me.
