Learning How to Paint

Last summer vacation of my kids they were looking for something to do during their break from school. They were actually choosing from their most loved hobbies like music, art and playing board games. They love playing musical instruments and they practiced on some of their favorite Christian music pieces. They played guitar and keyboards and were contented on using their free time strumming and playing.

Well aside from music they also love art and were gifted with some art skills, thanks to my father’s genes. They inherited from my Mom’s father the gift in music and art skills from my Dad’s family. Call it luck. Anyway my youngest is the most interested in arts and he can spend the day doing lettering and sketching anime and some other images. He was a member of the Art Club in his 6 years in Grade School and he really had his heart on it. He loves it dearly.

Now that he’s on his secondary education he’s starting to start on a higher level on art and is thinking of pursuing it by joining a High School Art Club in his new school. He’s talking about learning how to paint in the next few months and asking me to start buying him art supplies for his new project. I’m now canvassing some paint materials including an art easel which is very essential when he start painting. I still have time to save for the expensive accessories and materials for his new painting project hobby and when I finally have the resources we will definitely start it. He’s now looking forward to start painting his creative ideas and images just like my cousins who were gifted with such great hands on painting.

Cromatologie of Christian Fioretti for Colour Studies

Appointment with the suggestions of multi-coloured Cromatologie M.Cristiana Fioretti, who exhibits the creativity of the Brera Academy, applied to some of the myths of the Italian cars such as Lancia, Alfa Romeo etc.

The course which was organized by Guido Curto , opened just a few days ago and is visibly free of charge until May 19, 2014 at the Mirafiori plant in Turin Galerie and pays tribute to the beauty of the design and the harmony of our national sculpted shapes with strokes of colour. It is painted with round of the exhibition cycle " and the artist's early wonder ," born to make room for the expressiveness of the "Masters" and young trained talents in Fine Arts Academies and Institutes of Higher Education in Art specializing in Visual Arts and Design of the Italian peninsula .

Investigating the infinite possibilities inherent in membership and ideational chromatic material, the teacher of “Decoration and Chromatology “noted the academy in Milan to led the participants in his classes to prove themselves as painters and accept the challenge. The result stunned and runs through the entire palette of the colours of the rainbow, building sets and glittering abstract paintings for sale, poetry spots and imaginary fields .

The outcome of a study of the colour is a combinations between the various " colours " of cars like Fiat, AlfaRomeo  and Lancia and they are inspired by the works of a dozen students from the Italian Fioretti, and many foreigners who have carried out work to hoc, where we highlight the expressive potential of colour applied to the Visual Arts in Design, Architecture and Communication.

The picture collage is of Di Matteo (thermal halftone), in a united conscience from M. Christian in box 4, 2010 , mixed media on paper and wood, and M. Christian Fioretti , Lightness (on) , 2010 mixed media on acetate and LEC technology.

Little Creativity on Banner

I’m glad that there are shops that cater to birthday and party needs because when I step into the store I got all I need. I was only looking for loot bags and party hats when I found some more items that I’m planning to buy elsewhere like the banner which costs me less than a hundred bucks compared to personalized tarpaulin which costs around 10 times more.

These days you really have to be practical with things you buy. I bought the banner and have it personalized by my nephew who is into art sign business. He designed the letters in coordination with the robotic theme and came up with a nice set of name letters in the banner. We put some pics of Josh to make it more personalized and voila we have a nice birthday banner without spending too much. A little creativity pays off!

Art Moments

Josh gets so excited about day learning about combination of colors, he kept on asking me what would be the color if he mixes this and that color. He's very fascinated with the results of color combination like in mixing yellow and blue he'll get green, and in mixing red and blue he'll get purple. As this fascination and excitement grew each other he asked me to buy him a water color because I once told him it’s the best for mixing colors. He was very happy with what I bought for him so early in the morning before he went to school he placed his drawing table in our terrace and began his career in arts :-).
