Julianne Ruth 'Yuyan'

1. She got my flair for cooking, she's active in the kitchen not so much in arranging clothes

2. Always cutting and pasting some art papers and different things to make a very special card (special as the design is very different from all other card designs) she likes it multi pages

3. Always wanting to sleep beside me even if she's the eldest.

4. She loves fish, stuff toys and dolls.

5. Very thoughtful she brings me drinks when I'm blogging.

6. She's a couch potato

7. Good in computer, she learns by herself

8. A giver in everything and has a good voice.

Genesis Anne 'Gengen'

1. very different from her ate in her favorite games and toys, she likes matchbox cars

2. loves to sing and always have a notepad to list her favorite song

3. always with me when i buy things, she's like my shadow

5. even at age 4 she listens to every word spoken by speaker in school and social function,very attentive

Josh Loves Fried Chicken

This is Josh 2 years ago when all he wanted for a viand was fried chicken, no matter what the size or cut it is he wants it. He's very fond of friend chicken that every time he gets a little sick or not feeling well he always wanted us to buy chicken joy for him. Not that he finished the whole part of it, sometimes he just rounded up the leg and after munching or biting all the skin he’ll give it to Brownie, my auntie’s loyal dog. He always thought that he should spare some meat to Brownie, sad that dog died that year also. Brownie was hit by a speeding car across the street. Josh missed him for a month or so.

Mortgage

When my husband and I were already married for 5 years we dreamed of getting our own house which we can claim as our very own house having lived with my widowed mother and younger sister since we got married. We have a very big house who can house a family of three which is what my father planned for since he has 3 kids. When my brother got married he lived near the house of his wife’s mother also but the property was theirs. So when I finally settled for good my mother asked us to live with them since they’re only two in the house and its lonely being alone in the house when my sister works outside. I really didn’t want to leave my mother but I respect my husband’s desire to look for a house of our own so we asked for a Free Mortgage Quote and immediately we were scheduled for a house-hunting by an agent of one property developer.

First we were given a list of house models with specific lot area, then we were toured and given a rundown of how we were going to pay that explaining the down payment and the monthly mortgage we’re going to give monthly given the choices of how many years we would want to pay the house and lot of our choice. As couples both working we were given an advantage of sharing a bigger income so we can really choose a much better house package because our house financing agency will give us higher credit line. Monthly mortgage then was lower than today but still is very high when you compare the kind of house you’ll be paying for many years and when you compute all the interests and downpayments the cost of the property will not only double but tripled. We decided to just apply for a lot financing only, in that way we will never be obligated to transfer immediately or live there, it can be an investment for the two of us. We opted for a much shorter period of payment to minimize the interest. After we’ve paid the last monthly mortgage we will just build our dream house little by little by our own savings.

Self Discipline

Have watched one reality show about contestants who auditioned to be included in a fit and right challenge, those contestants consisted of former models who gained weight, some gained weight through improper nutrition and others just want to shed off little pounds in proper places. All in all they were brought to a campo where they will have fitness programs, games and activities where their endurance and dedication will show off. I've seen how they actively pursued winning the game of pushing the big ball upwards, they all showed perseverance and dedication. I admired their dedication to really shed off unwanted pounds.

After the game was over, one team composed of a girl and a boy got the minimum time to do the game and they were declared as the winner for that competition, all others were told that they also have a prize waiting for them inside a room. They all went to that room and to their amazement a big table full of food was there waiting to be eaten. Food I remembered being there were crispy pata, fried chicken, spaghetti, steamed tilapia, french fries, ice cream, cake, fruits and many more. Thinking it was really a consolation prize for having the game played well almost all of them succumbed to their favorite foods - their favorites before they entered the camp which most were not nutritious or not suitable for their diet. Only 2 (I think) ate the right kind of food. They didn't know that they're being monitored by a camera and their fitness instructors were watching and taking notes of what they're eating and they really felt bad that their students forgot their food regimen.

After they've done with their meals, their instructors entered the room and they were reprimanded of what they've done. Their many days of dieting didn't matter now that they've eaten the equivalent calories and fats. They've forgotten their true purpose in entering the fitness camp. They lacked control and discipline which are very essential in attaining their goal and objective to be fit. In every aspect of life discipline and control are very important factors in achieving what you want in life. You can be a great and intelligent person but if you lack discipline you can never successful, if you lack control you'll never have a good planning.

The two most undisciplined contestants were evicted and sent to their home, if only they've managed to discipline and control their cravings they would have stayed in the camp. Well that's a lot of lesson to learn in a day. So what do you think guys do you have enough discipline in your system?
