Tita Mama

Redge, my one and only younger sister is like a second mother to my kids. She loves them dearly and gave everything to them just like me. Ruth and Gengen grew up with her on their side always acting like their own mommy, in fact they fondly called her Tita Mama. Whenever and wherever she went during her dayoff and holidays she always see to it that she has at least one companion when going to supermarket or to the mall. She's very fond of them and she treats them as her own. I'm a lucky sister as well as I can entrust them to her every Wednesday when I attend our weekly bible study in our church. I always thank the Lord for giving me a very thoughtful and caring sister like her. Thanks Redge!

My Domain

I’ve finally got my domain today http://racelyn.com. I got it from 1and1.com which was recommended by JennyL. Setup was very fast and quick, actually I just followed my friend JennyL domain tutorial, I love her tutorial because it’s user-friendly meaning easy to follow. Imagine I just spent 20 minutes or a little more time and presto I got it now!

As this blog of mine is already PR3 my friend told me to think first before changing or applying this blog into a domain because it's not that easy to get PR3 for a new site. I told her that this time of my life now with my regular demanding job and 3 kids I can only maintain 3 sites and since I already have 2 other sites I need to sacrifice the rank of this site. I just hope that I'll be able to get back to that rank when the next update happens.

My PR

Wow great news! I was informed by my friend that I've got PR3 for this blog. Can't believe because this blog is really new and haven't had much time posting in this blog though this is special to me as this blog speaks about special moments in my life. So I guess I'll have to thank my friends, visitors and those readers who blog hop and care to read my entries. Like what my friend was telling me just an hour ago some good things are coming our way!

Little Friends

Josh and Hanna always play inside or outside the house. Since Hanna was a little baby she's Josh' favorite playmate because she's easy to get along with and very cute too. She's the second daughter of our neighbor within our compound and she's also my godchild. She often visits our house whenever she escaped her nanny and parents lol! She’s only 3 years old but if you’ve heard her talking she’s very serious in completing her stories. Here you’ll find them holding their soft balls but actually they’ve exchanged their toys here. Red smiley ball is actually my son’s toy.

My 3 Angels

We were off for our Sunday Fellowship when my kids asked me to take pictures of them as they were waiting for daddy to pack our things in the car, impatient kids lol! Have posted their happy and cool photos in my other blog Race Corner. They were a bunch of kids who always wants to pose before me when they see me setting up my camera cum celphone, yeah all these pics were taken only by my Motorola celphone, cool isn't it. Very convenient as I don't have to carry with me a digital camera just a celphone will do.

Bonding Moments

Everyday before going to work we spent a little more time with our son browsing through his workbooks and coloring books and walking with him to a street nearby to buy little things for him so he will not feel lonely when we leave for office. We will open his books and will help him do his assignments for the day, his school time is 10am-12noon so he has enough time to do all that. After taking breakfast he'll go to his study table, get his pencils and crayons and start his never ending coloring of books. Have caught father and son during one of their bonding moments.

Wedding Moments of My Godchild

Donna was baptized when I was 11 years old - the second of my Godchildren and one of the pretty daughters of my Science teacher in Gradeschool. This child has grown close to me and I always thought of her as a very sweet inaanak during her childhood days, she even gave me a dress made by her grandma as a gift even when she's only in gradeschool. She's very close to my heart even if we're not always together. She tried to work in ADB but she can't stand the pressures of her work there so she chose to return back to the school where she's happy with her simple work-the same school where my two daughters are studying. When my kids have problems with early dismissal of classes and some emergency matters Donna text or calls me - a great help to me. She's has a kind heart and I wish that in her See that dimples and very pretty face - she's like that always giving her best smile.

Art Moments

Josh gets so excited about day learning about combination of colors, he kept on asking me what would be the color if he mixes this and that color. He's very fascinated with the results of color combination like in mixing yellow and blue he'll get green, and in mixing red and blue he'll get purple. As this fascination and excitement grew each other he asked me to buy him a water color because I once told him it’s the best for mixing colors. He was very happy with what I bought for him so early in the morning before he went to school he placed his drawing table in our terrace and began his career in arts :-).

Moments with Josh

It's Joshua Isaac's birthday, he turned 4 today, no more a baby but for me he's still my baby. Like his name Isaac which means laughter he's turning to be a very funny and smart kid. Evrybody loves his very thoughtful and caring manners. He never fails to greet everyone in the house Good Morning, he wants to be the first to greet and because he's an early bird like me, he's the first to say Good Morning always. His eyes lighted up when he saw his cake (his favorite actually) his birthday is not complete if there's no cake just like his two sisters. We're a family of cake-loving people lol! I've cooked spaghetti for the whole family and for the church as we've also hosted the bible study which were attended by 40 people whew! It's also a thanksgiving day for us as God had blessed us with a son.

A Walk With A Friend

Mixed emotions as they say, happy but sad. Always heard this to some conversation and felt this when my close friend for nearly 15 years decided to file resignation and ended her 18 years of tenure in DSI (sister company of BT&T), I was in DSI for 10 years and during that years we became close friends. I remember the days when we walk all the way from White Plains to Greenmeadows and through Libis area. We always walk in the afternoon as this way is a shortcut road to our terminal area, we laughed, eat barbeque or anything, blurted out sad and tearful moments, shared funny and happy times and talked about everything under the sun (if it’s not raining lol!). We also used to go to market after this walking, the vendors used to call us sisters as we always go there together. This stopped when my boss transferred me to his other company-BT&T. But when she managed the construction of the twin building of our office we see each other everyday again and that made us happy. Today she emailed her resignation letter and informed our boss that she’s leaving country to be with her husband who’s currently working in Eastimor. I’m a little sad that I’ll not be seeing her everyday now but extremely glad that she has finally got the courage to decide to be with Jhun which I think would make her more happy. I would surely miss her!
