My friend Jannet has started her part-time reliever stint in our office as Customer Service Representative for America Calls USA. She's assigned on night weekends duties so the CSR night duty can take her 2 day-offs from work. It's really for her as we've already oriented the other one who later informed us that her father won't allow her to work at night alone in the office. Lucky for Jannet as she's really looking for a reliever work this summer vacation, she's a prep teacher so she's on vacation also. If she liked the work even beyond summer vacation. It's her first day and also her first night alone there, I waited for her and oriented her on some things before leaving the office at a much later time to see if she already knew all the things to do, doors to lock, areas and things that she can use, etc. I would want her to learn her work while enjoying it also.
