Construction On Rainy Days

It's super traffic again and do you want to know why? The reason of the very slow movement of vehicles is the construction of roads that never seems to end even on rainy days. Forgive me for thinking why sometimes road construction falls on rainy season and why day after day they never seem to end. Oops I’m glad traffic police decided to make it a one-way traffic or what we call counter-flow traffic. Hmm not bad after all!
