Maintaining a healthy body and skin takes a lot of effort and self discipline. I’m talking of having a healthy diet, proper exercise and right amount of sleep. This is also essential to keep your face from having acne. I remember a friend in college who is so problematic about the occurrence of acne on her face. I advised her to use not just soap but a germicidal one and told her to keep away from oily foods, chocolates and some other acne-causing things.
