Construction On Rainy Days

It's super traffic again and do you want to know why? The reason of the very slow movement of vehicles is the construction of roads that never seems to end even on rainy days. Forgive me for thinking why sometimes road construction falls on rainy season and why day after day they never seem to end. Do I Look Like Mom?

We’ve arrived so late last night from our bible study that Josh was in deep sleep when we finally arrived. He usually wakes up at night just in time for the arrival of her daddy but since he’s played the whole day he’s in deep slumber. I was looking at his face and begin to smile as his face is becoming like his daddy. Since he was a baby everyone’s telling him that he looked like me; his eyes, cheeks and lips. He used to have a shirt which says “If you think I’m cute you should see my mommy” and if anyone joking him would replace the last word with other names he would correct it with the word ‘mommy’. He would always tease his daddy and ask “do I look like my mom?’ then his daddy would reply yes because if not he will make face lol!

Now his face is becoming like his daddy as his eyes are starting to have that deep-set features and the color of his skin is darker. I would always tell Josh that his nose is also growing nicer.

Exam Gloves

I’ve visited a friend who recently delivered a bouncing baby boy. The hospital nurses were so careful in handling the baby when it’s time for their bath; I’m really amazed at their expertise in bathing newly born babies. They seem so fragile and very soft to touch that a single mistake in handling them would be frightening. But I don’t worry much if they’re being handled by the expert midwives in the nursery; after all they really know all things about handling pregnant women and babies.

Actually all hospital personnel especially nurses and doctor were trained to be careful in many things especially in examining patients, they never forget wearing exam gloves in treating patient. It’s a kind of protection from germs transmission both to the patient and hospital attendants. They use different kinds of gloves for specific needs.

Getting Ready for BS

Pastor and his family informed me through text that they're on their way to my office. They always drop by my office to give me a ride to our weekly wednesday bible study, it was a habit they obliged themselves to do for me to arrive in our church earlier. I really appreciate their kind gesture, I can never find such a humble and thoughtful pastor who's like a father to me also. With him are his daughter, son and his wife Ninang Remy (sponsor to our wedding). Oh how I'd love it when Wednesdays and Sundays come because it's our fellowship days, the time that we sing our songs to the Lord, give our praises and worship Him. I always look forward to these two special days.
