The Spirit of BEAR-iuca

Got this from LadyJava's Lounge and thought of joining this one, anyway the truth is I like Mariuca's bear :-). If you want you can join also!

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there lived a powerful Genie Princess named Mariuca who was known throughout the land as the friendliest, most popular blogger in the blogosphere kingdom. Adored and admired by international visitors and commentators from around the world, the Genie Princess travels the blogosphere on her magical flying carpet, always looking for ways to share her good fortune with others.

Over the past two years of blogging, Mariuca has met so many new people, from all walks of life and all over the world, each one bringing a little of their culture and lifestyle when they visit and comment on Mariuca’s two sites. So on her 2nd Blog Anniversary, Mariuca wanted to celebrate with all of her international blogosphere buddies by hosting a bear-naming contests at Wishing On A Falling Star and Mariuca’s Perfume Gallery and to pass her two lucky, cuddly teddy bears along to the winners who came up with the best names.

On the opposite side of the world, from the moment Roxy (the prolific Roxiticus Desperate Housewives blogger) and her sweet daughters London and Maddie saw the teddy in his personalized t-shirt and blue muffler at Wishing On A Falling Star, they knew that he needed to come to live with their family in Mendham, NJ. The three New Jersey girls named him immediately and burst into a wonderful song for BEAR-iuca:

BEAR-iuca, BEAR-iuca, amazing teddy cheer.
BEAR-iuca, BEAR-iuca, we’d love you to come live here!

Mariuca received 16 possible names for the Mariuca Teddy Bear, making it hard for the Genie Princess to choose just one…then Alakazam! A bolt of lightning delivered the perfect way to share BEAR-iuca’s good fortune to bloggers around the globe. While the soft, stuffed, cuddly BEAR-iuca is on his way to live with Roxy, London, Maddie and Rex in the Roxiticus Valley, the Spirit of BEAR-iuca is racing through the blogosphere to bring happiness, holiday cheer, and beary best wishes to everyone who welcomes him into their online home and passes along the BEAR-iuca good luck charm to ten friends.

Please play along with us by following a few important rules:

1. Add your site(s) to the list once you have received the Spirit of BEAR-iuca badge of teddy bear cheer.
2. Pass along the Spirit of BEAR-iuca and his cheery badge to as many people as you like.
3. Leave a comment HERE once you’ve passed on the Spirit of BEAR-iuca.
4. Once Roxy and the Genie Princess have visited your site to make sure your links are complete and proper, you will then be added to the Master List.
4. To ensure everyone receives equal link benefit, please UPDATE your list regularly!

My Mom In-Law’s Birthday

It’s my Mom In-law’s birthday yesterday and she helped us host the bible study yesterday. She brought 7 whole chicken lechon, 5 dozens of steamed puto and 4 kilos spaghetti. I cooked more than a dozen of gelatin stuffed with pineapple and raisins. It was a kind of thanksgiving for all the blessings that came her way and especially for another year of happy and healthy life.

Since I went home from office to get the desserts from our house I almost ran out of time getting to the church. I was so busy with lots of activities that I forgot my digicam so I just used my mobile phone camera for some shots of her birthday. I’m glad that I didn’t forget our Pastor’s auto insurance that my sis Redge reminded me early morning yesterday. It’s very important and Pastor needs it immediately.

:Wordless Wednesday - Missing The Province

I'm terribly missing the sceneries in the province - the quiet beauty of the mountain with clouds almost kissing the tips. The trees that's giving us fruits and shades and the simplicity of everything that spells nature. Happy Wordless to all! See my other entry!

Stylish Maternity Clothes

Getting pregnant is a mixed feeling of happiness, fulfillment and a lot of expectancy. Expectancy means that you’ll be facing months of protecting the life of your baby inside your womb, moments of pregnancy pains and a lot of transformation in your body. Your body will suddenly go out of shape, belly and some parts of your body becomes bigger.

Suddenly you become more matured and transformed into a different person, the sacrifice of women for the great blessing ahead. Most women worries about how they look during their pregnancy period. They tend to look for trendy maternity clothes to keep up with the fashion even if they’ve already increased or doubled their clothes’ sizes.

It’s just nice to know that you don’t have to sacrifice your fashion style because Ingrid and Isabel launched their essentials collection of basic maternity clothes that you can comfortably wear. Their various collections fit perfectly and indeed very fashionable. Pregnant women can have their choice of pretty maternity clothes for their everyday dressing necessities.

For those who want to be trendy on their casual clothing like me there’s Juicy Maternity line of casual wear made with soft fabrics so comfortable you will not feel you’re wearing maternity clothes. I love their stylish terry hoodie because if you must know I always want to be warm and this cloth answers the need for warmth and coziness. I have three kids and on my past pregnancies I really had a need for stylish clothes for meetings and special occasions because I’m a working mom. These fashionable maternity clothes are great help for pregnant women who want to keep up with fashion.

:Today's Flowers #17

This flower is one of the many flowers that caught my eyes when we were at the resort in Barangay Pansol in Calamba, Laguna. We all know that the land of Laguna is known to be fruitful, it was a familiar area where the sweet Lanzones and many fruits abound. It's also my hometown province (I'm half Rizal and half Laguna) and we grow coconut trees, dalandan, lanzones and different vegetables there.

Anyway it was taken in the afternoon past 4pm while the sun is fading away as you can see there's a slight shadow on two petals. I don't know the name of this flower and I can't ask the people there because they're busy watching over their kids on the pool. I'm too shy to ask the lifeguards lol!

I have another entry in My Crossroads.

See more of Today's Flower entries here.

Research Papers

To be able to graduate from school you will have to pass examinations, participate in extra curricular activities and submit report, thesis, Research Papers and lots of documents. You must submit the best paper that you can do to achieve optimum grade which will be your asset when you apply for work. Companies require a lot when you’re applying for a job and one of them is your report card which includes your grades in school. That’s one way of determining if the applicant is eligible for the position. I know this because I’m an HR officer in our company.

The problem is not all people can write perfectly, you need a little bit of skill and talent when doing a write up. Some can do research paper and reports in their best efforts but others just don’t have the skill and sometimes they don’t have the patience especially if you can’t beat the submission time. They will most likely ask for help in Research Paper Writing to assist them in their school assignment or project.

And when you need help to help you in doing your research work there’s a site online which can give you the best Custom Research Papers that will give you a high grade. Essaycapital.com excels in academic writing and will assure a client the best of grades. No more worries and pressures of due dates or deadlines. They also have 24/7 service to give you the best customer service for your convenience.

Treatment For Your Acne

Maintaining a healthy body and skin takes a lot of effort and self discipline. I’m talking of having a healthy diet, proper exercise and right amount of sleep. This is also essential to keep your face from having acne. I remember a friend in college who is so problematic about the occurrence of acne on her face. I advised her to use not just soap but a germicidal one and told her to keep away from oily foods, chocolates and some other acne-causing things. She really wants to know the best acne treatments for her face so I advised her to consult dermatologist for safety purposes. After months of consultation her face slowly showed signs of improvement.

Sky Watch At The Zoo

While watching the animals at the zoo on my kids' educational tour I had some sky watching too! From Manila Zoo's walk lane I had some nice shots here of the sky even though slight rain showers attempted to ruin the beautiful sunshine at 9am! It's my first time to join Sky Watch!

See more beautiful shots of Sky Watch here!
