Comfort and Ease of Using Ceiling Fans

It’s very hot and humid today so I chose to stay inside the house. I intend to go to SSS to update my employment status from employed to self-employed. But I finished my work at 5am early this morning and when I woke up at 7:30 pm I feel really lazy to go out. My kids wouldn’t let the fan be turned off and every area in the house should at least have its own fan. I surmised that it would be more comfortable to have ceiling fans in the living and dining room for more ease and comfort. It will not occupy extra space and it won’t be blocking any space. I should get quotations from DH’s company store so I can figure out the size, style and features. I reckon it would be a longer summer season that we’ll be expecting since it started this March and will probably end before the month of June.

Some Relevance

My printer is down and I need a scanner because one client needs my signature on the agreement emailed back to them. I was heading for my friend’s internet café when my cousin offered her pc, printer and scanner to me. I was relieved that I will just cross the street and walk some meters instead of going to another town. Anyway I don’t want to go there in my friend’s shop and just stay for a little time. When I go to Bes’ place I want to stay just a little bit longer for some chikkas, fun and laughters. We’re like in high school days the only difference is that we talk of blogs instead of our subjects in math, we talk of assignments in companies that we write for instead of assignment in school. Quite some relevance don’t you think?

Need to Get Back to Diet Meals

I noticed that after 2 months of not taking herbal tea my tummy becomes noticeably bigger again. I also eat rice in the evening because I have many tasks to do at night and I feel dizzy working without a full meal. So now I’m back with a big tummy after slimming down a bit last December. If only I can rest in the evening I will not be also compelled to eat a full dinner. Now I’ve been reading review about diet plan, meals and treatment when I saw adipex reviews which is known to be effective but with caution to patients. It can be bought also through doctor’s prescription only.

Anyway I’ve drafted some lists of what I supposed to eat at night as I can’t sacrifice my breakfast and lunch meals; I need them to stay alert and awake while writing some posts. This weather makes me sleepy always and the only way to keep me awake is to eat and drink cold water.

:Friday Fill-Ins #166

And…here we go!

1. Why are you making those clothes even dirty ? (that’s my laundry). lol
2. I want you to take away all white hairs from Auntie.
3. Decide whatever you want it now then it will be on my terms.
4. Act now and see what happens.
5. I could use a second cup of my favorite double dutch ice cream.
6. Try it now and then I’ll see if I can too.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to staying super late up to dawn to finish tasks before cutoff, tomorrow my plans include buying graduation clothes for big girl and little boy and Sunday, I want to buy them new pair of shoes!

All-Natural Cream

I just happened to chat with my former office mate about his present job and his present health regimen this time. When we’re still in the same department we always talked or joked about the things that can rid excess pounds. Because our job then demands overnight for consecutive days we were on the excess weight side. You know if you lack in sleep you’ll make it up with foods so you’ll get fat. I’m not saying that this hold true for others. Well my office mate is asking me about this testosterone cream that he wants to apply for an added muscle. He’s into gym workout and it’s easier to have desired muscles with creams like that. I reckon he’s just shy to ask if it’s also good for hair loss and for treatment of other male disorders. For the best brand I told him to read reviews and website so he can choose the best all-natural creams for his usage.

Perfect Foods for Weight Watchers

After I’ve cooked a 6-kilo pork hamonado recipe for our weekend church service DH told me that it’s delicious and perfect in his taste. I got a ‘wow’ from my family too so to pay them back for praising my menu I promised them a repeat performance today so they can feast on it. Actually it’s a simple recipe only but you have to be cautious of the blending of taste. From my ingredients of pineapple, brown sugar and cheese you’ll know that it’s a combination of salty, sweet and sour. Well the final taste of pork hamonado is really good though the rolled one is much better.

Anyway with this viand it’s hard to stick on your diet meal plan as it contains sugar and cheese plus the fact that it’s pork. If I’ll do it often I guess I will be searching for the most effective weight loss pills because I’ll surely be gaining pounds from eating this kind of food. Now I have a resolution that after this day I’ll have my own meal for a week and I’ll stick to veggies and fruits just like the past month. I’ve proven these foods to be the perfect meals for weight loss. I’ll do it not only to be slimmer but to be healthy as well. I know I’m not getting younger and I should really watch what I eat to prevent being overweight and to avoid getting sick.

:TC - High or Low - Ferris Wheel from Below

for fun and learningHigh
Low
Got a pretty shot here from below where Josh and I were both staring at the towering ferris wheel in enchanted kingdom, one of the best amusement parks in our place. We didn't ride in one of those stomach fluttering seats, we're contented enough to watch from where we stand. I'm afraid of heights and I wouldn't trust myself with my lil boy with me lol!

The second one is a shot from the top of the five-storey building (I was in the fourth floor inside or rented room for the church). It's actually my first time there last year and I just wanted a scene from top to show it to my other church mates who were not there with us when we visited it first. It's between 8-9pm then last August 2009. The weather is humid and after the shot it rained a bit.

Our Crowning Glory

I’ve seen my former high school classmates in our recent 50th alumni homecoming and it was so good attending events like that. You’ll get to see your old friends, maybe your first crush and of course some of your not-so-nice classmates which turns out very friendly after several years. Well for us it’s been 25 years after high school and we prided ourselves that we made it to arrange ourselves a pretty good silver anniversary last December.

Anyway some of the girls didn’t change much except for added weight like me especially those who has given birth too many kids. Some others you will not easily recognize and few men especially from other older batches started to have thinning hair. Maybe they’re not too cautious of their hair because I know that there are many available treatments for hair loss like procerin which is an all-natural treatment for male hair loss. I reckon some people are not comfortable with consulting their problem to doctors because of many personal reasons. If only they knew that some treatment need not be bought with a prescription so it only goes that it’s safe for common usage of men for their hair loss problem. Some says that it’s not important to be so vain in maintaining your hair but to me hair is a crowning glory of a person and it’s a protection of our head as well. Don’t you think so?

Super Mom Sked

Got too much schedule for today. First we’re the host of our weekly bible study so I got to cook for 50-60 people. Well I’ve already ordered 6 kilos of meat and did my grocery for the ingredients. I’ve cooked pork hamonado, a favorite here in our house and also our specialty. I just did the unrolled hamonado with mouth watering pineapple sauce made thick with cheese, pineapple tidbits, sliced bread and cornstarch. I’m finished at lunchtime and my judges (my kids and Mom) rated my menu with flying colors lol!

Next, I got to run for the 3pm meeting in Ruth’s school with the graduation committee. Ms. President asked me to preside the meeting because she’s caught up in traffic. The meeting was finished at 4:30pm and I went home with my two girls to rush again to submit my weekend meme entry before arranging everything needed for the church bible study dinner. Lastly, when everything was checked and completed I finally went to see DH half on my way to the church. We went back home before 12 and I finally finished my very hectic schedule. More again tomorrow!
