It’s the start of my daughter’s vacation tomorrow as they’re now finishing school clearances. The little boy had his first day of vacation yesterday which he spent dropping to my office with DH and attending bible study with us early evening. I’m now planning their summer activities after Holy Week as they will restless if they will not do creative activities. Last summer I enrolled them in a summer music school but this coming two months I want them to spend it at home with no regular schedule of classes. I’m hoping and praying that my finances would come on April for the duplex renovation plans so we can conveniently schedule the repair while kids don’t have classes.

Anyway for our home improvement and repair plans I’m thinking of having an attic with maximum daylighting with venting skylights I browsed on SkylightStore.com. Choosing the Right Staircase for Your House

My brother added an extra upper room in their house for his office and semi-workout/exercise room. He finds it very confining to have an office in their ground floor because the area is very limited. He designed an attic at the top of their second floor and to maximize space he supplied a small straight stair that will occupy very small area only. He told me that he wanted to use his first design to maximize space but he also liked the given stairs because it’s made from high quality narra wood. As a civil engineer he knows the kind of material and type that would last for a longer period of time so he accepted the offer. 

According to him choosing the right Staircase for your house is of vital importance because it would be of much use to the family. If space is your priority you’ll have to choose space saver stairs that would not occupy big space but you have to expect steeper stairs. If you have small kids in the family a more comfortable and wider stairs is recommended for safety and convenience of stepping up and down. Anyway be it steep or wider stairs it should be made with high quality wood and designed according to your requirements. Most importantly it should be in perfect harmony with the design of your house.

Roaming Optical Clinic

The roaming optical clinic visited our office again to give us free eye check up and offered us various styles of frames. I saw that they carry wide range of fashionable branded frames and they offer it at discounted prices for cash payment. What Lightings Can Do to Our Homes

I felt happy today because I was able to do general cleaning on the house including arrangement of our clothes on the cabinet. I segregate my clothes for cold and hot weather. Since it’s already hot I took out the warm clothes and folded them to store until it’s cold again.

Every weekend is relaxing for me as I don’t have to rush for the kids’ school and I can plan household chores in my own time.

Well now that I did a lot of housekeeping today I realized that we really need some new interior light fixtures to brighten up our home.
