Now you can have something like it with the help of what I’ve found at Sciatic Pain Treatment Litchfield Park  where Jusuru Life Blend, the wonder blend that contains a combination of thirteen super fruits have been identified with potent antioxidant qualities.

New Drumkit for the Church

The ministers and the instruments group had a meeting about the update of the new drum set project. Our current drum set is several years old and some of the accessories are already reached old age that they deemed it’s time to have a new drum set for the church. The current is actually a gift of my brother to our church and if ever they would sell it I will get it for sentimental sake. Josh love to have a real drum set so it will be a valuable reason to buy the drums.

DH presided the meeting and he has the canvassed price of desired and needed full drumkit for the church. It’s really a good buy for a quality drumkit and is sure to last a long period of usage. The only thing that delays the plan is the budgetary allocation for the new instrument so when they’re finished with finance planning I’m sure they will decide when they will buy it.

Catching Up on Family Events' Posts

I’ll be writing some late posts here which I haven’t blogged about when I’m so busy with my corporate work. Even if it’s late I just want to post some of our activities for my kids’ journal. My kids love browsing my personal blog where I used to post pictures of them when they’re young. I started blogging 5 years ago and in that 5 years the kids has grown up so fast so I reminded myself to journal our bonding together and their activities so when the time comes that they want to remember memorable moments they can easily see it in my blog.

Last weekend my two younger kids Gen and Josh laughed at their pictures years ago when Josh was barely two years old. They were talking that they both look cute when they’re young. They laughed at the stolen videos of them when they’re eating, playing, singing and talking. They just love it.

Relaxing Swimming Resort

It’s always raining these days but still we’re planning a celebration for our dear Pastor’s birthday in spite of the stormy weather. We want to celebrate it with full festive activities but the weather will not permit it unlike last year when we celebrated it at one of the beautiful resorts in Calamba, Laguna. The place is so huge that aside from the four swimming pools they already have in the resort I saw two mini pools for kids still on the finishing and designing stage. It’s just perfect for a nice getaway.

One good thing that I observed in the place is how they keep its cleanliness. The place is free from any litter and the water in the pool doesn’t have any leaves floating. They keep the place in perfect clean and tidy condition. I wonder if they have hayward tigershark pool cleaner that helps them cleans and maintains the place. It’s not that easy to maintain and keep swimming resort especially if there are many people renting the place. People have different attitude and ways that sometimes others can’t abide by the rules so it’s up to the staff to monitor people who shows a not-so obedient attitude. I really appreciate clean and orderly places when we want to relax, swim and bond together because it adds comfort and convenience to vacationing people.

When PMS (Positive Management Scheme) is Cure to PMS

If monthly menstrual cycle can be compared to an unlikely visitor, then PMS or premenstrual syndrome is the thief in the night that snatches away positivity and enthusiasm from most women every month. In fact, a study has proven that 85% of the women’s population experience physical pain and emotional turbulence during menstrual cycle. And though scientifically this cannot be eliminated, lessening the pain as well as the mood swings is indeed possible.

If you’re part of the 85% population that needs to cope up with the monthly menstrual hurdles, we have some handy tips that will be most useful for your situation.

      • If you’re smoking, try your best to quit. In a recent survey, women who smoke have higher chances of experiencing moderate to severe PMS symptoms than those who have never smoked. The spiked up probability of having abdominal cramps and anxiety can be linked with the toxins ingested by the body through smoking.

     • Get your body and heart pumped up. One of the easiest and most feasible solutions to alleviate the symptoms of PMS is through physical exercises and activities. For starters, you can engage in 15 to 30-minute walking and jogging. If your house is a few minutes from your work place, this is the perfect daily exercise.

It’s also good to invest on a sturdy bike. With this you can embark on a new weekend habit of cruising around nearby neighborhoods. If you can spare some extra cash, better check some local gyms and inquire about their membership offers.

     • Take it easy on the caffeine and alcohol. The excessive intake of coffee, tea, energy drinks, chocolate, and alcohol will give higher chances of boosting your PMS-ing. Based on the Oregon State University research, consuming more than one cup or bottle of a caffeinated drink days before and during menstruation cycle can raise the levels of adrenaline and stress hormones in the body, thus leading to food cravings, irritability, uneasiness, and momentary depression.

Overall, the key to a healthier body condition is a positive and wholesome lifestyle. If you want to experience less pain, you should be ready to discipline yourself with what you do. Aim to begin with the food you eat. Remember to be always cautious of what you put inside your body.

However, you don’t have to deprive yourself of the delicious stuff— at least know your limitations. Also give up the activities that can be detrimental to your health. For sure, within weeks you will not only feel the difference but will notice the improvement in your physical wellness.

I thank every good thing that comes my way, sometimes even the bad things should be thanked for because sometimes blessings come in disguise. Generally I'm easy to be satisfied with and I thank God for it. If you want to see how thankful are you you can see here?

Life Insurance for Seniors

Our senior family members are very important part of our life. They’re always there to support us, guide us and give helpful advices whenever we need something to decide on. Even if they’re not capable to help us with physical works their valuable contributions to our life made us the strong person we are today. Without them we will not be so mindful of strong values they used to have and we will not remember those sweet old days from our birth to childhood.

As I’m writing this I can’t help remembering our old times together with our Granny, my Mom’s mother who cared for us when we’re still toddlers and living in our provincial hometown. She was always there for us and took care of us until we moved in to my father’s hometown. No one has replaced her in our hearts and until now every time we think of her we would smile at our fondest memories of her.

Senior folks always think of our welfare that most of them get life insurance for seniors so when the time came that they would leave this world they would have something for us. They want to ensure that we will not worry about expenses once they die suddenly. Life insurance is not only about finances for death expenses but for other things as well.

Now that people are getting conscious of living up to healthy habits it’s just fair that they extend the age bracket for life insurance. Seniors wants to stay healthy for their loved ones and they also want insurance that will cover all. They’re not required to submit medical examinations and they will only answer some health-related questions. There are also provisions to pay for final bills such as household expenses and bill; unpaid credit cards, car payments, outstanding mortgage payments and higher education bills for children and grandchildren.

Cancelled Appointment

Made an appointment with a dental clinic in the nearest mall to my work and went there after office only to learn that the service needed for me is not covered fully by my health card. I have to add half of the amount. I’ve waited for 30 minutes only to find out such details. I didn’t go through the needed procedures and decided to do it near my home. I have a dentist friend way back in HS and I’m more comfortable with her.

She’s not affiliated with my card but she told me that I can reimbursement it from them as she was formerly asked to give receipts and to fill up form to submit to the same health card company. Well I have other errands too yesterday so it took me more than an hour to finally look for fx to ride. Such a waste in lining up just to get a ride and another waste of time on traffic. Reached the house too late to even enjoy my food.
