Diet Day One
I’ve started another attempt of dieting yesterday and I’m still searching and thinking of other ways to completely rid of some temptations to avoid foods with fat and too much salt. I’ve started with having these foods yesterday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal, I’ve avoided coffee and instead had one glass of water
Lunch - Wheat bread with tuna flakes
Afternoon snack – (can’t avoid when you’re working in an office) Wheat bread with tuna flakes, taken before
Dinner - Banana
