Calling Your Loved Ones In India

I learned from a former officemates that many of our senior Engineers in the office are working abroad in India now; there are a lot of job opportunities for civil engineers who have lots of design, construction and consultancy experiences in the field of road improvement and bridge construction. And you’ll be amazed at their salaries because their salaries here are only 20% of their present salary there, great job opportunity for them and big bucks for their families here. I also learned that some of them migrated to USA after one or two years there. They really like to explore countries who would give them and their family a better means of living.

But working abroad and staying away from your family brings too much homesickness and loneliness. And what’s the best remedy for this longing? Try to communicate always by calling them and if you’re worried about the cost you can use india prepaid calling card, a product of True roots, an international calling service with exceptional rates especially for India. They offer highly competitive rates for India with the best voice quality and uninterrupted connection. They provide advance features like instant recognition of calling line ID for PIN-less dialing from up to 5 registered numbers, speed dial capabilities up to 5 numbers, last number redial, and can make follow-on calls without redialing the access numbers.

Relatives, family and friends can easily get in touch without having to worry about the cost. They also have 24/7 365 days customer service support that will guarantee assistance to customers anytime of the day. Now you can call india every occasion in your life, anytime of the day. Soon they will not only sell prepaid cards as they will launch a media hub for their customers to have exclusive access to full length movies, TV series, sports coverage, music downloads and a lot more great products from them.

First Day Fellowship

We arrived at the site 6am in the morning with 3 groups of our brethren already there, one group hasn't arrived yet and I learned that they had trouble with their brakes. We arranged all of our things in the room and had our breakfast immediately to prepare ourselves for the first day of our fellowship. I was assigned as the first teacher of the day so I studied my lessons and activities for the children. The kids and I were having an interaction with one of my biblical story when the last group arrived, tiredness was well written on their faces. After an hour or two I closed my lessons and catched up the fellowship in the upper room where we held our service.

I was lucky to catch Pastor's preaching but we're not complete yet so the air just breezed through us freely breathing through our ears. It was always good hearing deep inspirational messages from our dear Pastor but the preaching was almost at the end. We planned a different set of menu this time avoiding meaty recipes because cooking meat took up plenty of time just to get it tender. This time we planned spaghetti for breakfast, monggo and fish for lunch and chopsuey for dinner, for our last afternoon before we go home we will just have lomi for late afternoon snack which can be good enough also for a light dinner before travelling. For the children we have jumbo hotdogs in each meal. Rice was served all throughout the day, we've prepared one sack for us all.

Afternoon service was fully packed as all brethren were there already. I had the time to listen to all exhorters and preachers because I've already finished my camp school teaching, will miss the kids though. I always liked to be scheduled first makes me feel better if I finished first. The master of ceremony carefully planned the time slot for ministers because we'll have to start our service for communion and feetwashing right after the speaker.

Teaching Kids at the Camp

To help the youth in handling kids during the fellowship we were asked to volunteer to participate in teaching little children in the church. As I've been doing this for sometime now I volunteered, lucky I just bought through one sister in the church some inspiring biblical books for children, it was on sale and the price of the book is only P10-20 per piece, lucky indeed! It contained almost everything from biblical stories to exercises and some spiritual games for kids. Here you can see some pics of them, other kids didn't arrive early because of some trouble in their vehicle!

Rent To Own

Renting a home at the start of your marriage was quite a nice idea. This is a sign of independence from each other’s family and you’ll have experiences of really running your own home. Managing your own home makes you learn a lot of things such as budgeting your money, learning household chores, emotional maturity and handling the whole household. This will also prepare couples when they decide to purchase their dream home in the next future. Every family would want a house of their own because you can’t be satisfied renting a house the whole of your life so it’s nice to break free from the rental cycle and own a house.

Home ownership is one of the dreams of almost every family where you can start building your dreams for your children, where you can spend your free time with them; share their laughter, tears and life’s special moments. But owning a house is not that easy, you have to qualify for a bank loan or you have to prepare a considerable amount of deposit for a home loan. Now achieving your dream on owning a house is not that far with Rent to Own concept which is perfectly suited for home buyers who got tired of rental cycle and want to own a home of their own. They offer a plan to help you own your home without taking on debt.

Rent to own lets you choose plan in which you can rent and purchase later or just rent without buying the property. It enables buyers to try before they buy and if they decide to purchase, the property price is the initial rental agreement, and a great benefit to buyers as the property value is the same price when they initially moved in, no interest or rate increase. If the buyer doesn’t want to purchase the house they’re renting they can just rent or move elsewhere without any obligation. When it comes to initial deposit I can say that it’s very affordable as you didn’t have to prepare big amount of deposit, big advantage for those who can’t afford massive deposit. Owning a house is not that hard anymore with Rent to Own real estate techniques to assist home buyers in achieving their dream of owning a house of their own.

Travel To Tagaytay

Early dawn at 3:30am we've packed everything listed on my summer camp list of things to bring and made sure that we didn't forgot anything for our 2-day stay in Tagaytay. As we were finishing arranging things on the car's compartment we received text message from our brothers that they've arrived already at our meeting place at Julio Vargas Pasig City, they came from Fairview and we've agreed to have a convoy travel up to Tagaytay City to ensure safer travel and backup if something happens.

We arrived and met them after 10 minutes and started the 2-hour travel to our camp site. We've missed the South Expressway entry to Carmona and entered instead to Mamplasan losing our convoy and just informed them through text that we'll just follow them. It's dark on the road and we're on a strange village, got some eerie feeling as we asked for our way back to South Expressway and to Carmona Entry. Finally we're set on our original way via Carmona, GMA, Cavite, Dasmariñas and Tagaytay City. We've encountered slight shower rains along the road and that brought some fog inside our car and since it's very dark we just took our travel on a slower pace but nevertheless reaching our destination before the sun shines. As you can see our shot here of Tagaytay City early morning of March 20 around 6am, beautiful sight indeed!
