Wishes for Redge

Just an excerpt from my FB message last Aug. 19 to my one and only baby sister in this world. She’s also my first best friend. 

"Here's sending the best wishes to the best and only sister I have, the second Mom of my kids and to the person whose always at my side wherever... whenever... whatever...next to Mom and Ed. As we always say to each other since we're kids that we'll stick to each other whatever it takes...we're sticking quite nice :) Happy bday sis! God bless and take care always! Love you!"

When she was able to read the message she was super touched and told me that it’s like a blog post and she was really glad to do all those mentioned above for me. We’re her life and she’ll be my side forever. Now I’m thinking what will I give her for her birthday, got any idea?

Wishes for Baby Ruth

What can I wish for my first born daughter on her birthday? This sweet little kid is becoming a young lady and I have mixed emotions on her growing up. I still want her to be just like her young self while wishing that she’ll grow up nice and happy. It’s what you can call Mom’s apprehension and maybe Mom’s little selfishness on the side

And did you know that while I was writing these greetings in her FB wall  tears started on my eyes.  Guess the simple words got into my heart really deep that it brought me tears.  I know that Moms like me know this kind of feeling especially if your kids are starting to grow up right before your eyes.  Motherhood is like that, unexplainable but happiness to the max.

My Darling Teens

My baby girls have grown up so fast I sometimes can't believe they're the same height as I am. It's rather a bit selfish but maybe some Moms can relate to me that I sometimes wish that they stay the same as they are. It scares me to think when they're completely grown up and dating. Forgive the common fears of Mommies but I can't help it. 

Anyway I'm making the most of my time and enjoying them now when they still enjoy the whole family's company over their friends because we can't ignore the fact that when they reach 20's they will have group of friends or best friends that they see more often or male friends whom they will ask permission to go out. It's good that I still have my little boy with me when they reach that period but maybe my little boy wouldn't be as little as he is. Hmmm. I'm sounding like my Mom now.

Friday Fill-Ins

And...here we go!

1. When I got home from overnight work I made sure that I will sleep few hours before going to office again.
2. Where can I possibly put myself to avoid disturbances from noisy vehicles just outside the house.
3. How to recover from sleep when I'm actually not getting much sleep for two weeks now.
4. Why would I want part-time office job? To give more time to my family and to update my sites.
5. Time for a real change 
6. What if I return to being work-at-home Mom, such a nice thought!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to my weekly massage therapy from Mom, tomorrow my plans include celebrating my daughter's birthday and helping my sister cook food treat for the church, Sunday, I want to spend the whole day with my family.

4. I wanted to be a work-at-home again and planned to go back next year if God will allow it.
5. I wish that my family is safe all the time and May God always guide and protect them from harm.
6. I noticed that I've been working so late these past two weeks and if I'm not careful I will pass out anytime.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to finishing some articles including one for my friend, tomorrow my plans include preparing gift for our dear Pastor and Sunday, I want to buy some food for Pastor's birthday  today!
